The
good life...
Back
in the 1930's, people started on a long running migration from the
country to the city in search of "the good life." A lot
of us have come to realize that our hectic, career-driven lives
are surely lacking something.
In
search of some quality in our lives, we are taking another look
back to the country lifestyle of our ancestors. We are willing to
drive a little farther to work each day if our surroundings bring
some peace and quality to our lives. We are coming back to "the
good life."
Calhoun
Farm Estates is a 150-acre, four-generation family farm that was
annexed into the Village of Clinton for the purpose of obtaining
municipal utilities, while retaining its "home in the country
atmosphere." This unique community will consist of five phases.
The first phase, "The Meadows," contains fifty-two
1/4 to 1 3/4-acre home sites with underground utilities and within
walking distance to Clinton Public Schools.
